So great, we bought two! March 10, 2010 JGM (South Florida) We had the Britax Parkway for my son and when his little sister became too long for her Britax Marathon, we got her the same one in pink. We also have the Graco Turbobooster for both kids in my husband's car, and it's great. But the Parkway is more plush and more comfortable, and since they are in my car more often, it seemed like the right purchase. I'm happy about the side "wings" on the headrest, and they like the fabric and cupholders.
Does not fit in a Porsche 911 Carrera back seat February 17, 2010 Manish (Dallas, TX USA) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got it specifically b/c another reviewer mentions it working in a Porsche 911. Well, I am here to report that, at least in the case of a back seat in a 2001 911, it doesn't. It's better than others and you could *sorta* make it work but it will never be snug against the seat. Bottom line, I'm returning it and the search continues for something that will actually fit and keep my kid safe.
Love the Britax Reputation but Not in love with this seat February 17, 2010 M. Winston (Virginia) I read other reviews before I bought the chair so I knew what to expect - that it wasnt perfect. And I held out a little hope that it would work better for me. But it is great because it is a Britax and I feel safe having it for my daughter but it is a little difficlt to use. The thing for the middle is an adjustment my daughter and she has had a difficult time buckling herself. However, I have read more than one time from firemen that this is the safest car seat on the road so I just go with it. She does like the head rest and can sleep on road trips.
A Parents Review February 14, 2010 Mama (Maryland) Like many parents, we spent a lot of time looking at products and reviews to find the right booster seat for our 4YR-old. Frankly, we were overwhelmed with the research after a while and we purchased the Britax Parkway SG as a seemingly good choice among numerous good options. After a few months of use, we've found the Parkway SG booster to be light weight but sturdy, easily installed and adjustable, and most importantly, we feel our child is comfortable, safe and secure. The booster's materials are top notch and easily cleaned. Our daughter loves it and she is enjoys her time in the car a great deal more! We are happy to recommend the Britax Parkway SG and hope others find it a gratifying solution.
doesn't fit three across next to radian February 9, 2010 S. M. 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been really hoping to find a booster that will nest three across with my other carseats in a honda civic. I'd sure hoped this would do the job but the back is about an inch to wide to nest adjacent to a FF radian or a FF Roundabout. It'd probably be OK next to a RF Radian if you don't mind the knuckle scrape but it wouldn't work next to a RF Roundabout. Backless it would fit better but so would the $15 Harmony literider booster.
