Okay car seat, not too good August 4, 2010 Mommy of two I bought this car seat almost a month ago and it's for spare car and is not used often. We decided to go for Evenflo since we already had one for our older baby and we were very happy with it. However, this car seat is not as good as the earlier one. The handles are to be just attached on top of the car seat and they come out very easily every time I take my baby out of the car seat. The same is true for the cup holder. It hardly stays in place. And the belt has the extra length right in front of the baby, so it keeps hanging on there and comes in the way whenever I have to harness my baby. Overall, it is an okay product. I would definitely not like it if I have to use it every-day. We did not return it just because it is in the spare car and we don't use it that often.
Good seat June 19, 2010 Debra S. White (Hot Springs, AR United States) This is a very good seat for the price. My grandson was flying in to visit and it was only a few dollars more to buy a new seat than for his mom to pay baggage on the one he had! Plus it will convert to booster seat for many years of visits. The only minor problem is that he had the cup, snack, and toy holders off in minutes!
DOES NOT WORK FOR SHORTER/YOUNGER CHILD June 18, 2010 Bebo's Mommy (North Carolina, United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this seat for my son to use in Grandma's car. It was very difficult to install. I had to get my neighbor to help me with tightening the straps. We have had this seat for about two months and I have never felt that I got the harness right. We took it the morning to be checked by a CPST at a Car Seat Safety Check event. We had 3-4 CPST work with this seat for about 30-45 minutes before finally saying that this seat was unsafe for my son. My son is 16 months, 31 inches and 25 pounds; according to the manufacturer he should fit in the seat. Luckily they had some seats to give out because they didn't want my son leaving in an unsafe car seat. They had us surrender this one to them so no one would ride in it. It might work for a child who was older, but given the trouble with this seat and adjusting the straps I would not recommend it to anyone.
Okay but not great November 23, 2009 Jennifer Kaiser (Iowa, USA) 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have become more and more upset with my purchase of this seat. It works great when my child is not sleeping but once she falls asleep her head falls forward and she gets the worst sleep. I would not recommend this due to this because it causes so many headaches.
