Product Description Evenflo Chase DLX Booster Car Seat Another jewel in the crown of the Evenflo booster dynasty. The Chase DLX is another safe seat that combines comfort and safety. It has all of the relevant features required of a car seat. It includes an internal harness, seat belt positioner and Comfort Touch padded armrests. A key feature is the easy front harness adjustment. Parents can pull on the adjuster up front and the harness tightens to fit the child's needs. It also features Comfort Touch padding all over the seat. A cup holder gives the child a chance to be indpendent and take care of personal space. Not especailly flashy the Evenflo Chase DLX Booster Car Seat gets the job done. It is not the shiniest jewel in Evenflo's booster crown, but it has as much value as any of the others.

Not a bad carseat July 26, 2010 whitneyd I read a lot of reviews on this seat before purchasing it. Many people have said the attachments on the sides for snacks and drinks easily comes off... this is true, as well as the armrests. We drive a smaller vehicle and I can't close the door if I attach them anyway, so I just left them off. I think nobody really needs the cupholders or armrests... just a seat that fits their child well! The up front adjustment for tightening/loosening the straps on the 5-pt. harness is good and bad. I like that it is so handy but hate the fact that it leaves a hanging strap there for my kid to chew on.. it also gets in the way sometimes. I have a 13 month old (he's a little chunk) and he seems pretty comfortable in it. We recently took a long trip and he slept great in it (the body & head pillow is awesome). I'm glad that we will be able to use this for many years to come. The seat itself is very nice! The "extras" are not so great.
Nice try but not the best seat for the price you pay July 25, 2010 SYN Wrath (USA) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Ok let me make this simple if you want something just like this but with out the dumb adjuster on the childs chest which is a total pain not to mention a piece of junk and dangerous get the cosco 5 pt harness booster they sell at walmart or target for the same price if not cheaper for the same thing but better made and a step up from this seat. Pro's easy to install, easy to wash, all put together. Con's once you wash it can be hard to put back together, cheap and flimsy, unsafe adjustor in front on childs chest, unsafe car seat poorly made, arm rest when install correctly are flimsy and the child will rip apart! Cup holders do not stay on for long after a few weeks falls off seat and won't stay on. Uncomfortable for child any age. Short back for it's intended age range and unable to adjust to a higher height. Thus being dangerous again in the event of an accident this seat I can assure you having owned like 10 now will not hold up and I wouldn't expect it to protect a child any age in the event of an accident. We owned this seat 2 months before I gave up and donated it free to a family with no seat for their child as any seat is better then no seat in this case. Please if you really want something cheap, 5 pt, cup holder/ arm rest, and to last awhile go to the cosco brand High Back Booster Car Seat I know they have one with arm rests now as long as you get a newer one like the one at target I just saw last week for $45.00 + tax which was a black model and manufactured only 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY UNSAFE - see photo and note's in image gallery for this item to understand what I am talking about.
Great car seat for 1+ year old. July 12, 2010 RunningMom2 We moved to this carseat straight from the infant carrier and are really happy with it. The removable pad on the bottom is very useful and the whole thing cleans up nicely. Some reviews mention straps twisting - I have not noticed anything unusual with the straps - just keep them straight every time you put them on and there is no issue. My only irk is that the holders on the side pop off easily but we're not at the point where our daughter is allowed to have drinks and snacks in the back anyways (she would just spill them). Overall, great carseat, i would definitely buy it again.
Great for the price!! June 22, 2010 C. Hendrych (Alpharetta, GA) We have been extremely satisfied with this car seat. We wanted something for my husbands car as a back up for when I'm not home. It is very nice and padded sufficiently. I didn't rate it higher because the arm rests are flimsy and tend to get knocked off when I pull my son out of the seat. The other issue is the 5 point harness it a bit tricky to get tightened.
Perfect for my 3 year old!!! May 13, 2010 S. Gehres (TX) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was looking at a lot of brands and options for an in-between transitional booster for my 3 year old. She weighs 35 lbs so I wasn't ready for a booster without a 5-point harness yet. This seat was perfect. The arms are somewhat flimsy. My 3 year old can pop them off but I don't even have them on half the time because it's not really needed. It also comes with a detachable cup holder and a separate detachable activity holder. For the price, this product is awesome! Highly recommend. Oh, I liked it so much, I bought an identical one in a different color for my husband's truck.
